Luke

$7.00

Much like many of you, I hold a special place in my heart for the beloved “will they, won’t they” couples, and Luke & Lorelai from The Gilmore Girls top that list. Their dynamic truly warms my heart. One of the aspects that endears them to me is their stark differences as individuals, a sentiment I deeply resonate with as Curt stands as my polar opposite.

In a parallel that echoes their uniqueness, our Luke and Lorelai sock patterns stand as an impeccable match! Both patterns are adorned with exquisite cables and delicate eyelets, mirroring the intertwining complexities of relationships and adding a touch of warmth to your knitting journey.

Description

Worked in the round, Luke contains both cuff-down and toe-up written directions and a chart for the pattern stitch. The pattern has instructions for a peasant heel (afterthought heel using scrap yarn), but you may substitute whatever heel you enjoy using (links included for alternatives).

The pattern is written for the magic loop method for knitting socks; however, the design could be worked on double-pointed needles or mini-circulars instead should you prefer (ensure you denote your instep stitches with extra markers – so you don’t miss the placement of the heel or toe shaping).
