Turtle Lake

$8.50

When we would head to Chilliwack for the summer to visit my dad’s side of the family, we would often camp at a few places on our way there. One of our stops was Turtle Lake, where we would wake up to turtles sunbathing on the rocks and logs that surrounded the lake (don’t mind the photo of the turtles, I was probably 10 or so when I got my first camera and took that photo ).

Turtle Lake is a triangular-shaped shawl that is worked on a bias. The colors and lace coming together for this one-skein wonder reminded me so much of those mountainous lakes and all the wonders you’d find in them, like the darling turtles.

Worked flat, Turtle Lake contains written directions, charts, and is broken down into comprehensive sections. The pattern includes detailed instructions for the techniques used and a handy-dandy progress tracker to help you keep track of your row and stitch counts.
