Alessia

$9.00

I have a little crush on half-pi shawls and Alessia doesn’t miss the mark. Alessia is a shawl pattern that is jam-packed with an array of different techniques; you’ll create lace, bobbles, texture, and twisted stitches! There’s no monotony here, you’ll be engrossed throughout the project, and the result is a piece to cherish for years to come.

As there are textured stitches and lace, this design shines well with solid, semi-solid, or lightly-variegated/speckled yarns. Picking an appropriate yarn for this project will ensure you don’t lose the fun texture, nor have a yarn that distracts from the lovely lacework you’ll work on.

This engaging top-down half-pi shawl only has 6-increase rows, strategically placed, allowing for a generously sizes shawl with a lot less worry of stitch count changes.

Worked flat, Alessia contains written directions and charts. A handy-dandy progress tracker is included to help you with your rows and stitch counts. Yardage for each section is given should you wish to turn this into a scrappy project!

Gauge
