These terms exist to make things clear between us—so you know how you can use my patterns and what you can expect from me as a designer. Nothing here is meant to be complicated or intimidating; it’s simply the framework that helps everything run smoothly.
By using this website or purchasing and downloading my patterns, you’re agreeing to the terms below.
Digital Products
All rhyFlower Knits patterns are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive access to download your pattern files. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
Pattern Use
When you purchase or download a rhyFlower Knits pattern, you are welcome to use it for personal knitting projects.
You may:
- Knit items for yourself
- Knit items as gifts for others
- Sell finished objects on a small handmade scale (please credit the design where possible)
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or resell the pattern files in any form
- Reproduce or copy the pattern text, charts, or instructions
- Claim the design or pattern as your own
- Upload the pattern to file-sharing sites or databases
If someone you know would like to use a pattern, please encourage them to purchase their own copy. This is what allows independent designers like me to keep creating new work.
Finished Objects
You are very welcome to sell finished items made from my patterns, as long as they are handmade by you in small quantities.
If you do sell finished items, I appreciate (but do not require) credit to rhyFlower Knits as the designer.
Mass production or commercial manufacturing of finished items using my designs is not permitted.
Pattern Support
Support is available for paid patterns if you run into questions or something doesn’t seem to make sense.
If you need help, please reach out and I’ll do my best to assist you.
Free patterns are provided as-is and are not supported on an individual basis. This simply reflects the time and capacity of a one-person business, and allows me to continue focusing on designing and maintaining my paid patterns.
My free patterns are written and tested with care, and are intended to be complete and usable without additional support.
If you need help with a free pattern, I recommend checking the pattern notes carefully or reaching out to the wider knitting community for general technique guidance.

Intellectual Property
All rhyFlower Knits patterns, designs, text, and associated materials are protected by copyright.
Purchasing or downloading a pattern does not transfer ownership of the design. The design remains the intellectual property of rhyFlower Knits.
Accuracy and Responsibility
Every effort is made to ensure patterns are accurate, clear, and thoroughly tested. However, knitting is a hands-on craft, and individual results may vary depending on yarn choice, gauge, tension, and technique.
I cannot be responsible for finished results or issues arising from modifications, substitutions, or misinterpretation of instructions.
If something looks unclear, please reach out—I’m always happy to help clarify.
Website Changes
From time to time, patterns or information on this website may be updated to improve clarity or correct errors. I reserve the right to make these updates as needed.
Final Note
My goal is always to create patterns that you enjoy knitting and feel confident using.
These terms aren’t here to create distance—they’re simply here to protect the work that goes into each design, so I can keep sharing new ones with you.
