Techniques (listed in alphabetical order)
(k1, yo, k1, yo, k1) in 1 st: Knit, leaving the stitch on the needle, then yarn over, knit, yarn over, and then knit (5 stitches total) into the same stitch. (4 sts inc.)
1/1 LC: Slip the next stitch to the cable needle and place it at the front of the work, k1, then k1 from the cable needle.
1/1 RC: Slip the next stitch to the cable needle and place it at the back of the work, k1, then k1 from the cable needle.
2/1 LC: Slip the next 2 stitches to the cable needle and place it at the front of the work, k1, then k2 from the cable needle.
2/1 LPC: Slip the next 2 stitches to the cable needle and place it at the front of the work, p1, then k2 from the cable needle.
2/1 RC: Slip the next stitch to the cable needle and place it at the back of the work, k2, then k1 from the cable needle.
2/1 RPC: Slip the next stitch to the cable needle and place it at the back of the work, k2, then p1 from the cable needle.
2/2 LC: Slip the next 2 stitches to the cable needle and place it at the front of the work, k2, then k2 from the cable needle.
2/2 LPC: Slip the next 2 stitches to the cable needle and place it at the front of the work, p2, then k2 from the cable needle.
2/2 RC: Slip the next 2 stitches to the cable needle and place it at the back of the work, k2, then k2 from the cable needle.
2/2 RPC: Slip the next 2 stitches to the cable needle and place it at the back of the work, k2, then p2 from the cable needle.
3/2/3 LPC: Slip the next 3 stitches to the cable needle and place it at the front of the work, slip the next 2 stitches to the second cable needle and place it at the back of the work, k3, p2 from the back cable needle, then k3 from the front cable needle.
Bobble: (k1, yo, k1, yo, k1) in 1 st, turn and p5, turn and k5, turn and p2tog, p1, p2tog, turn and sl1-k2tog-psso.
K-tbl: Knit specified stitch(es) through the back loop.
K2tog: Insert the right needle into 2 stitches simultaneously and knit the 2 stitches together. (1 st dec.)
K: Knit.
P2tog: Insert the right needle into 2 stitches simultaneously and purl the 2 stitches together. (1 st dec.)
P: Purl.
Sl1-k2tog-psso: Slip 1 stitch knitwise, then knit 2 stitches together and pass the slipped stitch over. (2 sts dec.)
Ssk: Slip 2 stitches, one at a time, knitwise. Knit the slipped stitches together through the back loops. (1 st dec.)
Ssp: Slip 2 stitches, one at a time, knitwise. Purl the slipped stitches together. (1 st dec.)
Yo: Wrap the working yarn over the right needle, from front to back (counter-clockwise). (1 st inc.)
